1Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the individual player account registered by the User on the km78 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited funds and/or credited bonuses held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by km78 to a User.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds by a User to their km78 Account via any accepted payment method, including local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay).
• "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or other wagering activity made available on the km78 platform.
• "Platform" means the km78 website located at https://km78.cam, including all associated software, applications, and services.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of winnings or balance funds from a User's Account to their designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or related winnings become eligible for Withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by km78 prior to processing Withdrawals.

2Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the km78 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. km78 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any Account found to be held by a minor, with all associated funds forfeited.
2. Geographic Access: You must be accessing the km78 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local laws. km78 primarily serves players located in or accessing from Indonesia, but responsibility for compliance with local law rests solely with the User.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under any legal disability that would prevent you from contracting.
4. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any restriction imposed by km78 or another licensed gaming operator.
6. Not Employed by km78: Current employees, contractors, directors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold a player Account.

3Account Registration

To access km78 Games and services, you must register an Account by completing the registration form on our Platform. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and phone number.
• Keep your registration information up to date and notify km78 of any changes promptly via our support channels.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
• Not share your Account with any other person or allow any other person to access your Account, whether for betting purposes or otherwise.
• Not create an Account using a false identity, pseudonym, or on behalf of another person.

km78 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

4KYC & Identity Verification

km78 is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to verify player age. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any Withdrawal.

4.1 Required Documents

You will be required to submit one or more of the following as directed by our compliance team:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian National Identity Card — KTP, Passport, or Driver's License — SIM)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the last 3 months)
• A selfie photograph holding your photo ID next to your face with both clearly visible
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of your bank account or e-wallet account showing your name and account number)

4.2 Processing Time

km78 will endeavor to complete KYC review within 1 to 24 hours of receiving all required documents in legible form. Blurred, cropped, or incomplete documents will be rejected, and you will be asked to resubmit. km78 reserves the right to request additional documents at any stage of a player's relationship with us.

4.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

If km78 is unable to verify your identity within a reasonable period, or if documents submitted are found to be fraudulent or inconsistent with registration data, we reserve the right to suspend the Account and withhold any pending Withdrawals pending further investigation.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made via the following methods accepted on the km78 platform:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon — minimum Rp 50.000 per transaction
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay — minimum Rp 20.000 per transaction

All deposits are credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). km78 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges for which km78 accepts no responsibility. Deposits made via methods not registered to the Account holder's name may be rejected and returned.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before your first Withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit ("payment method matching" rule). This is a standard AML control.
• The minimum Withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum Withdrawal limits may apply depending on your Account tier and verification level.
• Withdrawals requested during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB) are typically processed within 15 minutes for major bank transfers. Requests submitted outside banking hours will be queued for processing on the next banking day.
• km78 may delay or withhold Withdrawals pending security checks, additional KYC documentation, or investigation of suspected fraud or policy violations.
• Any Bonus funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for Withdrawal and will be deducted automatically from the Withdrawal-eligible balance.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the km78 platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR, Rp). km78 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies through our standard banking channels.

6Bonuses & Promotions

km78 offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms of each individual promotion:

1. One Bonus per Offer: Unless otherwise specified, each promotion is available once per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.
2. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before Withdrawal. The specific multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x) is stated on each individual promotion page. Unless stated otherwise, the Welcome Bonus carries a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
3. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 10%, and sports betting wagers contribute at a rate specified per promotion. Certain games may be excluded entirely.
4. Validity Period: Bonuses must be claimed and Wagering Requirements completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
5. Minimum Deposit: Each promotion specifies a minimum qualifying deposit. Deposits below that threshold will not activate the associated bonus.
6. Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum allowable bet per round or per game event is Rp 200.000 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is in play may result in Bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
7. Bonus Abuse: km78 reserves the right to void any bonus and close any Account where we reasonably determine that a player is exploiting promotions in bad faith, including through arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed purely to clear wagering requirements, or collusion with other accounts.
8. Right to Modify or Withdraw: km78 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where feasible. Players who have already accepted a promotion and are actively meeting Wagering Requirements will not be adversely affected by mid-promotion changes.

7Game Rules & Betting

All games and betting markets available on the km78 platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before wagering. The following general conditions apply across all games:

• Finality of Results: Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (for casino games) or by official results from recognized sporting and lottery authorities (for sports betting and togel lottery markets). Once a game round or event result is confirmed and settled, it is final and cannot be reversed except where a technical error is verified.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a software malfunction, network interruption, or technical error that affects a game outcome, km78 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. km78 does not accept liability for losses arising from third-party service outages.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets, including markets on BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and other competitions, are governed by our sportsbook rules. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of km78's trading team and may be suspended at any time.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market and are displayed within each game interface. km78 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at its discretion.
• Responsible Use of Cash Out: Where the Cash Out feature is available on sports betting markets, the Cash Out value reflects the real-time market value of a bet and may be less than the potential full payout. The Cash Out function may be suspended during high-traffic periods.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the km78 platform. Violation of any item below may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or Account use
• Using the platform while under the age of 21
• Operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or any other identity
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotional offer
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unintended advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the km78 platform
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit through your bank or payment provider
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing km78 staff or other players through any communication channel

9Responsible Gaming

km78 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and never become a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual play sessions. A notification will be displayed when the limit is reached.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic notifications showing time spent and net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent suspension of your Account. Temporary exclusions are available for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or 1 year. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum of 5 years.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the km78 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game assets, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive property of km78 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, frame, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the km78 platform without prior written consent from km78.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, km78 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or force majeure events
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, server downtime, or network outages
• Loss or corruption of Account data due to unauthorized access, cyberattacks, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control
• Decisions made by regulatory or banking authorities that affect the availability of payment methods

In all cases, km78's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with their Account shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Termination & Account Closure

km78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any balance therein, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other criminal activity
• Account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21
• A chargeback or payment dispute is raised against km78 by the Account holder's bank or payment provider
• Instruction from a regulatory, law enforcement, or judicial authority

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining eligible balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method following KYC confirmation.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which km78 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory body.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact km78 customer support in writing and allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for us to investigate and respond. The internal complaints process is free of charge and will be handled with full confidentiality.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

14Amendments to These Terms

km78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Continued use of the km78 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
